Life's a Breeze in Bingil Bay (ID: 1137)

In a delightfully private elevated cul-de-sac, this single level 3 bedroom home is situated on just over 1000m2 allotment with colourful tropical gardens and is complete with a sparkling in-ground pool.

The beauty of this unique residence is the open and airy nature provided by the design of the home to incorporate the flow of cool coastal breezes while taking full advantage of the glimpses of ocean views the home now has. If you were to add another level extensive ocean and island views.

The central section of the house has high raked ceilings with solid timber beams and supports, and skylights throughout the home provides and abundance of natural light in every room.

The original terracotta tiles are throughout the main living, dining and kitchen area, with the remaining part of the house, has polished concrete floors giving the home a modern twist.

The master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe leads off from the lounge area and double doors open out to the garden pool area.

The remaining two bedrooms are of a generous size and both have built in robes and are fresh and bright. The main bathroom is central to both bedrooms has only recently been renovated with quality fittings.

This home needs to be viewed to be appreciated, it's different and it's priced to sell.

  9. My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using WordPress on a variety of websites for about a year
and am nervous about switching to another platform. I have heard fantastic
things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress
posts into it? Any kind of help would be greatly
    appreciated!

  10. Hey this is somewhat of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors
or if you have to manually code with HTML. I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
