Hi there,
thanks to listed excellent blog regarding Queensland real estate news. It is really affordable to have private beachfront land estate from $159000. In New Zealand, government might plan to do same things for private sector. Good news is Government is giving extra facilities for First Home Buyers. Most of first home buyers can buy home with in 10% deposit and they can use KiwiSaving as well.
